Giving Effective Feedback

In 2023 I collaborated with a learning experience designer to create an eLearning module on Giving Effective Feedback at Mapal.

Leading the art direction and production, I developed a bold, engaging visual concept inspired by synthwave aesthetics and the gamified language.

The synthwave style – ‘Tron meets Miami Vice on VHS in 4k’ – brought a retro-futuristic flair to the module, making it visually distinct and memorable.

While unconventional for the topic, the aesthetic complemented the gamified approach, capturing attention and modernising the delivery of essential workplace communication skills.

The result was an immersive, standout learning experience.
